<Three-Lobes Blower>
Initially, nearly all blowers were the two-lobed type.
Because production was difficult though it was low noise, low
vibration, and highly efficiency, the three-lobed type was not
produced.
Anlet mass-produced the blower of three-lobed type for the first
time in Japan with a special tool to acquire the patent.

The air of large capacity

Because the air is low pressure,
the equipment that adjusts pressure and dryer are unnecessary. |

The
feature of a ANLET Roots Type blower
 |
 |
1 )The three-lobes
blower with endless casing offers a vertually no
noise,no vibration operation.
2 )There is no oil mixing,so the air obtained is
clean, with no spraying of oil mist to soil the environment.
3 )The rotor and shaft have been combined as a single
unit, and because there is no wear, the performance
of the blower does not change over time, permitting
long-term continuous operation.
4 )High-speed,high performance applications are
possible.
5 )Design is simple and compact. The special bearings
ensure outstanding durability and maintenance is
easy to conduct.
6 )The unit is equipped with a gear oil overshooter,to
prevent any oil leakage problems. |

<Typical Application>
Pollution Prevention
Dioxin removal

Among
chemical compounds found in the ash of garbage incinerators, large
quantities of extremely toxic dioxins are often present. Garbage incinerator
facilities use Roots Type blowers in their dioxin-removal systems. A blower
generates a water mist that reduces the temperature and another blower
pushes the exhaust gas though a scrubber containing activated charcoal
and slaked lime. |

Aeration
during water treatment

During
water treatment, blowers are indispensable for aerating septic tanks,
whether they serve residential, factory, school, hospital, or other
facilities. Diverse types of blowers, both large and small, are available
for use in wide range of circumstances, including free-standing and
submerged situations. |
